Dear Patcha, Gabi and Al,
Thank you for your action for nomination!
As most Asian activists do so, I have remained as a silent but awaken
observer to this list and IGF related issues after two WSIS events. Of
course, those global initiatives have always made an impact on our
domestic policies in a certain of time span. Therefore, I am also
grappling with internet governance related things everyday even in my
domestic activities. One of things, we Korean NGOs are missing, is to
lose the sharing of our reflections timely with other Asian friends. If
this nomination could provide me with another chance to share my own
experiences as well as our Asian friends' contributions, I gladly accept
it.
Thank you Gabi for your timing action and Al for your appropriate comments
and your organization's endorsement!
With your best regards,
Chun Eung Hwi
