Dear Jette

Thanks for your acknowledgement letter.

On the ordinary overpasses:

We still do not have full information on who among us will be present with
Geneva, given the fact that fellowships are limited, and many issues still
remain regarding the Tunisian situation. Still. if the experience of the Geneva
Summit can be used as a basis, there will be sufficient Asian/Pacific
participants to utilize whatever overpasses will be available.

I think the sense is that if there is equity in distribution among all
stakeholders, with a particular orientation to geographical representation, the
Asia Pacific Family can just abide by how many will be given to all families,
especially the regional bodies of the Global South, particularly Africa and
Latin America/Caribbean.

I find it superfluous at this stage to demand a fixed number of ordinary
overpasses for our members, except to say that we would be requesting the
maximum allowable allocation deemed judicious to allocate to all regional
families. (20? 30?)

Thanks for all the support and gentle reminders.

Al Alegre
