Just to confirm that I read all this only now - 14:31 - I did not have
access before today. If there is a meeting in the evening, I am interested.

My point: localization into many languges is an Asian concern more than in
any other part of the world. And OpenSource is very easy to use for this -
that is why I had proposed that Open Source as an easy, appropriate
instrument for localization is the most appropriate technical means
realizing WSIS Geneva para 1: everybody should have the opportunity to
communicte. Without allowing many languages IN CONTENT, and not only as an
iDNS problem, para 1 is empty lip service.

That is why I suggested (maybe too late in the first round) that OpenSource
should get attention through a speaker - whoever is best qualified. If there
is nobody else, I am prepared to do it (on the basis of our experience in
Cambodia, and our cooperation on the issue with Bhutan, East Timor, Laos,
and Myanmar).
