Here's the revised file for speaker nomination, just added speaking
slot preferences and corrected minor errors, and sent to the
secretariat as they will start the Content and Theme discssion
shortly where this could be discussed (but not clear).
With the help of Reza, we were able to compile this.
For those who are not included, sorry about that.
We took most of the submissions, but some of them did not
have sufficient information on which we could judge.
I hope you could accept this. We are just short of time
and resources so badly here in Geneva.
