Due to work schedule clashes we were not able to come to attend prepcom3.
But we have been following quite closely the discussion and debate via the 
plenary-lists etc.

We are planning to form a delegation of eight (8) persons, including myself, 
to attend Tunis summit 2005, on behalf of our 700 more member organizations.
Our delegation leader will be Mr. Kesh Bahadur PARIYAR President of 
LAD-Nepal.
Mr. PARIYAR attended the many PrepCom meetings and Geneva phase summit 2003.

Izumi San, We are hopeful you will help us for participation upcoming Tunis 
Summit.
