Dear all,
We want to remind you about the Orientation Session that CONGO is organizing
for PrepCom-3 on September 18, at the ITU building. For security reasons we
will need to know as soon as possible who will come. In addition as the
Orientation Session is on Sunday, all restaurants near to the ITU and
including the one inside will be close. However next to the ITU there is a
sport club with an open restaurant. We will need to tell them how many
people we are going to be so they can be prepare.
We are sending you a draft programme of the Orientation Session and
registration form that you will need to fill in and send it back to us at

Dear All,
We are pleased to inform you that CONGO is organizing an Orientation Session
for PrepCom-3, which will be held on September 18, 2005 in Geneva from 10:00
to 18:00 at the ITU Building room C.
The objective of this session is to give all participants the necessary
information on the WSIS processes Phase two; the State of Art for the Tunis
Summit, Civil Society participation and structure at WSIS, and modalities,
process and actors for PrepCom-3 that will enable an effective participation
for Civil Society.
Please find enclosed a draft program of the orientation session.
Lastly, for security reasons to entering the ITU building, as the
orientation session is taking place on Sunday, we will need to know who and
how many people will participate. If you think you can attend the meeting,
we kindly request you to fill out the registration form attached and send it
