Below is the note of Izumi Aizu (one of the three
signatories to the draft CS response), with a short
behind-the-scenes report of the various meetings and
caucuses, plus the prevailing dynamics... according ot
Izumi, a "quite unpredictable and chaotic situation"...
Izumi says that they will indeed need additional
endorsements to the letter, so you may email Izumi,
Partha and Parminder directly (their email addresses are
below) if you and/or your organization is ready to sign
up to the document...
