Al, it is a global thematic meeting, not a regional event.  We will 
however lean towards regional participation as much as possible.  I 
think that's logical and sensible.

Thanks for you comments -- particularly about gender which we are 
trying to emphasize.

I hope people will register, and please note that there will be a
