Dear all,

Japanese government (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications,
MIC) will hold a WSIS thematic meeting "Tokyo Ubiquitous Network
Conference" with ITU and UN. (http://www.wsis-japan.jp/)

Some Japanese people gathered and formed a coordination group to prepare
for the "Civil Society Session" of the conference. I'd like to hear the
voices of as many people of civil society as possible about what we
should talk in the Civil Society Session and who we should invite as the
speakers.

We will have meetings on 7th and 10th March. Would you give us your opinions
and suggestions?

- Taratta
