The deadline for the survey has been extended to March 7, 6 pm, Malaysian Time.

While there has been an overall good response, 850 completed replies, 
only a small percentage are from civil society.  If we do not 
respond, our views will not be reflected.  Only takes a couple of 
minutes, so please go to <http://survey.igov.apdip.net>
