Hello all

Since Izumi will be there and he has already pitched in a lot for us
(Hammamet and Capetown), I support the suggestion. (Thanks Izumi for the
offer to help.)

But I do hope that the caucus reorganizes itself in Geneva, if only for
the urgent need to divide the work during PrepCom2...

I would suggest that someone goes with Izumi or whoever is then chosen by
the caucus to sit in the Bureau--so that it will not be centralized with
one person, (Also good to have a gender balance--and maybe regional
represntation, e.g., South Asia?)...

(It seems that even us some of us will not be there, this prepcom may see
more South Asians attending than usual...would be great if maybe some
subregional focal points be evolved so the work is easier, and we do reach
out to previously not as involved stakeholders...Reza and the ITfor Change
people would be great here...)

Also suggest that the important work of giving onsite reports be discussed
so that those of us not in Geneva can follow what is happening...again,
this not easy work so advance thanks to whoever will agree to do it...

Lastly, can all please find out what we can about the Asia Pacific WSIS
meetings of UNESCAP or ITU--some of us have to keep an eye out for the
regional processes as well...

Thanks Adam for continuing on this...
