Please find attached an updated version of your meeting requests. In order
to meet yr demands to the best of our limited capacities, we had to take
into consideration several criteria (interpretation, wireless Internet
access, capacity, etc), therefore we could not possibly confirm everything
as requested.
Please check attached bookings made so far and let us know if more needed at
this stage.

MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS ALONG WITH A SHORT OVERVIEW OF YOUR
SPEECHES / PRESENTATIONS.

Veuillez trouver en pihce jointe une version mise ` jour de vos demandes de
riunions. Afin de pouvoir ripondre ` vos attentes autant que nous le
permettent nos possibilitis limities, nous devions prendre en compte un
certain nombre de crithres (interpritation, acchs Internet illimiti,
capaciti, etc.), et en consiquence nous ne pourrons sans doute pas confirmer
lensemble des riunions telles que demandies.
