Nice to hear from you...

Sorry about the error--I assumed from your primer that you were US based,
but you're right...I assume that you are working from Kathmandu even as you
are employed by the US based firm...

Glad to hear you are still very active... We really should talk about how to
reactivate the Asian Caucus for WSIS Phase 2... Please do keep in touch!

Will need the help of all civil society friends for the APDIP Advisory
council engagement (Izumi is on it too)--I was surprised when they asked
me--I am not a techie and have only passing knowledge of ICANN type
discussions...but it was impressed upon me that the Internet Gov discussion
will be broader than that, and that they needed more civil society actors to
be engaged...so I said yes...now I need to brush up and your primer will be
on my reading list as well... I will count on your support and call on you
if I have any questions...

workshop we held in Manila last August...
