Quick correction

I am still based in Kathmandu, Nepal. and i've been on the list all the 
time. i did make some comments on Adam's paper on governance as 
well.

a lot of work and a lot of transition of work places, learning to work over 
different time zones and lots of travelling. I've been more deeply 
involved in the operational side of things as few people on this list 
know.

Have been alive and kicking in the national wsis debate, as i still am 
technically part of the govt delegation to the WSIS :-)

will always comment if there's something i need to write about. Was 
good to find that Al is on the governance panel at APDIP.
