I regret that I myself will be unable to participate in the Bangkok
meeting. But as far as I know, Mr. Fujiwara of Japan Civil Liberties
Union (sister organisation of ACLU)  will participate from Japan. He has
joined this mailing list just recently.

Will there be any NGO meeting in Bangkok?
