Thanks so much for information. I seem to be silent receiver. Sorry for

Actually I have keep my mind and eyes with you and our Isis also Wsis.
I now early retire from National human Rights Commission and work as
independent academic on rights to communicate. I've set Civil Media
Development Institute which under Civicnet Foundation.
And still work on advocacy on broadcasting for communities.
