FYI

I will not be able to go (for various reasons)...I don't know if Angela (our
second rep on the bureau) is keen. If you are, Angela, please make
arrangements!

If not: Who else is open and willing to represent Asia in the bureau? Of
course the logical nominee would be someone who has great familarity with
WSIS Phase one and a working knowledge of Bureau responsibilities.
But i would also go with one who could engage also on Content and Themes
(particularly in INternet Governance and Financing, the outstanding issues
still to be discussed...
