This is to inform you of a Workshop on ICT Policy and Civil Society to be
held at the World Social Forum 2004 in Mumbai, India, for those who will be
attending.

It is being sponsored by Association for Progressive Communications, the
global alliance of organizations working on ICT and Social Justice Issues
(www.apc.org), of which the Foundation for Media Alternatives is a member.
