Dear all, 

We in Isis are suggesting that Al Alegre be our representative to the launch of 
the declaration today. 

I have also suggested that he call for support for gender and community media 
as part of our positions. 

There will be a meeting of speakers today at 11 a.m. the CS Plenary room near 
the Media Center --if you have other suggestions or points to raise.
