Dear all,

We need to identify the AP representative to tomorrow's press conference to 
launch the civil society declaration. Apart from identifying the 
representative, we also need to discuss the key points that we want to say 
regarding the declaration--as a region. 


Each regional representative will be given 3 minutes to speak. 

Angela, Al and myself are suggesting that we meet tomorrow (11 Dec) at 8:00 
a.m. at the NGO Gender Strategies Working Group stand. That's stand 739 I 
think.
