Yes, just to echo this concern of Berni.
I assume from previous discussions that CS will be provided with a room (or
rooms) as a sort of coordination center. I also seem to remember CS
requesting a computer room.
I am not sure if this was discussed, but I also think that there should be a
place where meetings could be held-- a large room that could be subdivided,
with movable chairs and tables and flipcharts or whiteboards. We could then
set up a system where FAmilies or caucuses could reserve time slots for
their short meetings (say 1 to 1.5 hour slots), giving all families the
space to have caucuses, meetings, etc.
Could this be arranged? The Asia Family would like to see if we can meet
here, or if we have to go to some restaurant or open space to meet. I would
imagine a large meeting room would be very useful to all families.
Louise and Lilliane--is this possible?
