Please see the following 2 notes from Bill McIver and the content and 
themes group about speaker selection.

We need to think about who to propose as possible speakers. Very little time.

Regional representation will be a criteria for selection.

Who will be at the Summit?

Seems they want people who are senior, the heads of their 
organizations, etc. No surprise in the request for "seniority", might 
end up debating with a Minister and the process has protocols.
