(I will post Sean O Siochru's attempt at a =summary, which has some suggestions)...In the end, Asians could be scattered in many families as well, aside =from the Asia Pacific FAmily. In the meantime, the basic thing to do is to find our WHO WILL BE IN =GENEVA FROM ASIA. (We have only gotten few responses; don't know if this =is an indication that very few on this list are going, or if their =status is still uncertain). We need to develop some sort of MASTER LIST =of Asians who will be/plan to be there. This will be a good starting =point in discussing allocation of passes. So dear listers, please post (as some like John F has) if you are going =and if you know who from your country and/or federations, are CONFIRMED =to be there. Please also indicate, if you are available *to attend the formal opening =session*. Makes no sense to get badges for people who have other =parallel events happening on 10 December.Angela (c/o GKP?) and Adam: we have also to find out who the =Pacific/SIDS people are, who we must also take into consideration in the =allocation of passes.ByeAl ----- Original Message ----- From: RunningToddler To: AP WSIS Caucus Sent: Wednesday, November 26, 2003 12:37 AM Subject: [communication 1034] names to be submitted for opening =ceremony passes Okay all, Do we decide on the 30 names to be submitted, in this list and how? angela1035_2.html (attatchment)(tag is disabled)
