Assuming no earthshaking developments :-), I will be in Geneva. Probably
arriving on the Sunday (7th) or Monday (8th). MOnday the 8th is bad for
me for the whole day as there is a Communication Rights meeting. Would
prefer Tuesday to hook up; agree it should be either lunchtime
(1300-1400) or maybe breakfast or dinner.

What I know about who is coming from the Philippines:
APC Women: Chat Garcia RAmilo and Cheekay Cinco, but they have their
side events starting monday I think as well Isis Intl Manila: Susanna,
Raijeli, Mavic
Youth: Bob Sagun

there are a few people from academe, business and media (IPS) also
attending...hope to have a Philippine pre-departure get together next
week if possible
