Assuming no earthshaking developments :-), I will be in Geneva. Probably
arriving on the Sunday (7th) or Monday (8th). MOnday the 8th is bad for me
for the whole day as there is a Communication Rights meeting. Would prefer
Tuesday to hook up; agree it should be either lunchtime (1300-1400) or maybe
breakfast or dinner.
What I know about who is coming from the Philippines:
APC Women: Chat Garcia RAmilo and Cheekay Cinco, but they have their side
events starting monday I think as well
Isis Intl Manila: Susanna, Raijeli, Mavic
Youth: Bob Sagun
there are a few people from academe, business and media (IPS) also
attending...hope to have a Philippine pre-departure get together next week
if possible
