PrepCom3 has resumed its work

Civil Society focusing on own vision and strategic issues

Geneva, 10 November 2003. The Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) that met

last time without a final agreement in September has resumed its meeting

today. Civil Societygroups are now focusing more on theior alternative

vision and on strategic issues.
