Civil society participants who wish =to make rooms reservations to hold meetings during the Resumed Session =may send us their requests as soon as possible. <!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> Please note that only two ITU interpretation teams will be available. =Since no funds are available to hire additional interpreters, civil =society may request ITU interpretation services. However, these =services are not guaranteed, as the Sub-Committee will split into =sessions and will require most of interpreters' time.<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> A civil society Plenary session is planned on Monday 10 November (9:00 - =10:00) to provide information on the time management plan for the =meeting. The general Plenary will meet for half an hour at 10:00, =followed by the Sub-Committee 2 sessions. No documents will be =distributed and no pigeonholes will be available.
