Dear Al and Chun,

Do we have any information on the number and length of speaking slots for
civil society in December? I'm just wondering if we can discuss this online in
the content and themes and cs-plenary mailing lists before coming to Geneva so
groups can better prepare their interventions.

As many of us will be extemely busy with the whole gamut of events taking
place before and during the Summit, we might end up jeopardising our last
chance to be heard in the official space.

Best,
Mavic
