Why don't you post the gist of your message below to the Plenary list to
start a discussion on who should be the civil society speakers in December.
During the first week of the summit, I raised with the CSB this issue of CS
participation in the official events--I wanted to take the selection and
nomination out of the hands of the Secretariat, and to put it where it
belongs--to the Civil Society plenary, C&T WG, and the bureau as support
mechanism.
Am now accross the ocean from you--in Tokyo...
