an
organisation that already has accreditation to WSIS. You could ask Koh =
for
help or ITU? This just means you go under their "name" rather than =
APWINC. But
it's really up to the accredited organisation to give you this =
opportunity.
You could also try and get onto the government delegation. Please take =
note
that the accreditation is only needed for the official political =
Summit and to
enter Hall 2 (for some of the side events). To enter ICT4D, you will =
not need
accreditation. I believe you can just register or you have to pay to =
enter.
Please check the ICT4D website or you can get linked to it through the =
GKP
portal, <A =
href="http://www.globalknowledge.org">www.globalknowledge.org</A>.
