organisation that already has accreditation to WSIS. You could ask Koh =
for help
or ITU? This just means you go under their "name" rather than APWINC. =
But it's
really up to the accredited organisation to give you this opportunity. =
You could
also try and get onto the government delegation. Please take note that =
the
accreditation is only needed for the official political Summit and to =
enter Hall
2 (for some of the side events). To enter ICT4D, you will not need
accreditation. I believe you can just register or you have to pay to =
enter.

GKP
portal, <A =
