  Please take note that you can only apply online if you have the accreditation code and password. Only accredited organisations to WSIS get this. So if you want to apply for the fellowships, please do so now as the closing date is Oct 25th.

  However, you have to be registered to WSIS/Summit in December first. So please get yourself registered first before you apply for the Civil Society fellowship grant.
