<DIV><BR></DIV>A plenary on September 26, 2003 took place from about =
5:15pm to
10:00pm. States agreed on the documents that would be the basis of =
future
negotiations, with some discussion of how to include input not included =
in the
documents. More importantly, it was decided that the PrepCom III would =
be
"reconvened" from 10-14 November, 2003 in order to complete preparation =
of texts
for the December Summit. It was unclear at this time whether or not =
there would
be an additional meeting from 7-9 December, as originally proposed by =
the
Bureau.<BR><BR>A more complete report on this session can be found at
