Dear all,

Please find attached a copy of compilation lobbying documents that put together 
the language changes being recommended by the various caucuses and working 
groups that submitted language to the CT subcommittee.  

The CT met again this morning, and have more volunteers for the next leg of 
this compilation process...ie. the language recommendations to the Plan of 
Action, which is currently being discussed by the governments in Plenary.  We 
have until Friday morning to submit the language to governments, and so the CT 
will be dividing out the pulling together of language into three or four 
groups.  

To make the process of compilation easier we suggest that you use the following 
format:

1. Put the name of the Caucus or Subcommittee clearly at the top of the 
submission;

2. Send the submission in either RTF or text format....if possible;

3. Use Stikethrough format for the text that you want to edit out and Bold 
format for the text you want to add.  If you would like to comment on the 
language then put the comments in [square brackets].  

4. Only submit the language changes and order them in the same order as the 
text of the current POA draft.  All other annotations just make it all that 
much harder in the compilation process

5. Please make sure that there are representatives of the Caucus or Working 
Group contactable here physically, so that we can clarify the language more 
easily.

More later,  the CT will meet at 6 p.m. at Room 18 today.  There is translation 
available apparently, and so this is a big step forward for us.
