<DIV><BR></DIV>Dear Colleagues,<BR>BFES is pleased to announce next =
meeting
dates on WSIS for the South Asia Network partners from 10-12 October =
2003 in
Dhaka, Bangladesh. The meeting will try to culminate the issues, ideas =
and
thoughts towards the World Summit on the Information Society from the =
region;
also we are thinking about raising voices from the CSOs from South Asia =
on the
cross cutting issues focusing Gender and Media those to be incorporated =
in the
proposed UN Declaration and Plan of Action. There will also be a special =
session
on ICT4D platform to be organized by the SDC and GKP during summit in
Geneva.<BR>The CSOs/NGOs and interested partners are invited to join in =
this
important meeting. There will be few scholarships for the participants =
which
will cover travel, accommodation and food during the meeting. Please =
send your
