Hi Al,

Tai was also with us in the Gender and ICT Forum recently in Kuala Lumpur. 
She is very active in the NGO Gender Strategies Working Group. Tai has 
recetnly been appointed as Secretary of the Samoa ICT national committee 
(not sure of the proper title). So she will be a strond addition to Abel 
Caine. She, along with other women from the Pacific, lobbied very well for 
Pacific issues in Kuala Lumpur.
