We did our best to ensure equitable representation, however it was =difficult because of the following: - Most of the Bureau's propositions were for non LDCs. - The PrepCom3's main objective is to finalise the Plan of =Action. In attributing fellowships, priority had to be given to those =experts who have made a contribution, however that was not the case. - We did not receive nominations with an order of priority. PrepCom3 will take place for 12 days but the active participation of =civil society will be needed most the first week. In order to ensure =more financial resources for the Summit itself we will cover the cost =for 10 days, from the 14th to the 23rd of September.
