I agree with this approach. However, there's perhaps a possibility
that the donor (or donors) may have strict rules on who can receive
their money, i.e. LDCs only.
Adding the applicant from Nepal and another from Bangladesh (person
from the disabled group, or youth) may provide some cover? Would be a
shame if only one of the list submitted list could be considered.
And we should ask that whoever is selected from this region help us
all (the "work" Al mentioned earlier -- quoted below) and I'm sure
all will be fine.
