Irrespective of what John Gagain has sent out and what the CSD has only told
us a day before making decisions, please proceed to nominate based on the
all criteria provided, not just the criteria of LDCs. I am withdrawing David
Leeming's name as there's another source of funding for him.
So, my line-up is:

3. Sunit Shrestha, Thailand, Taking IT Global (Youth family, nominated by
Youth focal point)
4. Raijeli Nicole, Isis International Manila [considering Al's point that
she's actually Fijian, although linked to Isis]
5. Chat Garcia Ramilo, Philippines, APC [note: needs only partial funding
i.e accommodation and per diem; air travel supported by other source]
6. Robert Sagun, Philippines, Taking IT Global (Youth family; nominated by
Youth focal point)
7. Mavic Belleza, Philippines, Isis International
8. Another application may be missing from the list. This would be from
Chetan Sharma, Datamation India. Chetan Sharma is also attending the Gender
and ICTs Forum and self-sponsored travel after being told that there weren't
anymore fellowships. The commitment seems genuine. I would include this as
my next nominee if CSD confirms this application.
