----Paris Intersessional Meeting----
It has been decided that Civil Society can participate at the Paris
meeting (15-18 July). It essentially consists of a drafting meeting of
the Plan of Action and the Declaration by governments on the basis of
the contributions made by governments, civil society and the private
sector. The discussions will be open to Civil Society and a few
representatives will have the opportunity to speak for around ½ hour per
day. Please note that only accredited entities will be able to
participate. You may consult the list of accredited entities at
www.itu.int/wsis. There will be no fellowships available for this meeting.

----Summit Events----
The deadline for requesting the holding of an event during the Summit
has passed, however, the host country has been kind enough to allow
interested entities the possibility to still apply. The deadline is the

----Information Meeting----
Please be advised that an information briefing has been arranged for the
missions in Geneva, the 23rd June at 3pm. The President of the
Preparatory Committee welcomes the participation of Civil Society
entities who might be in Geneva at that time. Please consult
