Congratulations on the work of the caucuses. I notice that a
number of the caucus documents submitted have not identified
priorities. It will both make it much easier for our next phase of
drafting work -now starting-, and also help you to get your key
issues highlighted, if you could work on doing so over the coming
week.
This means writing one to three short paragraphs summarizing the most
important issues, especially those that are absent or inadequately
phrased in the official documents. It does NOT mean proposing
edits to language, but rather synthesizing the issues.
Please let us know if you'll be able to do this. Those that have
already done so in their document do not need to, obviously.
