Hello everyone,

In light of the message below, I think it's important for the Asia Pacific
caucus to have a listing of all accredited organisations to the WSIS
process. This should be used to support whatever inputs we make to the whole
official process and pending the effectiveness of us endorsing other
caucuses inputs to the official documents, at least the regional caucuses.
How do you all feel about the latter idea? The validity of caucuses inputs
are now in question. And we should defend our validity. I am sharing with
you one view (Karen Bank of APC WNSP) to the note by the ITU/WSIS Executive
Secretariat. Please read the note by the Secretariat as it does have serious
implications on caucuses.

Warm regards,

Angela
