This is the contribution from Korean Civil Society Network for WSIS, which 
is a coalition of 17 NGOs in Korea. 
We had a 'Civil Society Workshop for WSIS' on 10 May, 2003. After that, we 
made 'Korean civil society statement on Information Society', which we are 
translating now, and will post soon. 

This contribution is based on the statement and is sent to WSIS 
secretariat.
