For you info. (and apologies for duplicates.)  GLOCOM just sent the 
attached as our submission to the intersessional process.

3 issues:  accessibility for disabled and elderly, Internet names and 
addresses, and participation in policymaking.

If you are making comments, the address to send to is 
<wsis.ap@itu.int>  There is a mailto link on the WSIS home page that 
gives you the wrong address (it brings up <wsis.ap@.int>)
