Hi everyone,
I am bit concerned on one thing - the CS/NGOs worked so hard in Tokyo in
January and was bit surprised as to how insignificant or unimportant the
official representatives consider our inputs and participation. Even the
President of PrepCom (Dr Samaseku spelling???) was too diplomatic to be able
to make us content with what they produced.
Have we improved upon this perception? OR should we focus on the importance
of our inputs in such sittings. We may be producing good recommendations and
inputs but unless we have a group of people selling these inputs informally
to government representations as well... I think the story will be the same.

best regards
