This makes sense to me.  I agree.

Angela did a fine job in Geneva, and has been keeping us up-to-date since.

Izumi and I will both be in Paris. I would be pleased to try and 
support Angela as she thought fit with any Asian family issues. It 
would make sense for her to continue as our rep until we can get 
organized for PrepCom3 (for which I believe there will be funds 
available to support more participants from the region, or at least 
from LDCs from the region.)

And.  Remember comments on the intersessional documents must be sent by May 31.

GLOCOM will be commenting on 3 main issues:

-Ensuring meaningful participation by developing nations in global 
policy making processes.
-On Internet names and addresses, and
-Accessibility (disabled and elderly) of ICTs.
