Dear Members of the Bureau,
For administrative reasons, we had to reconsider the administrative =
framework of the Civil Society Facility Fund, which will be placed, from =
now on, within the General Trust Fund for the Summit, created by ITU. =20
However, this does not affect in any way the criteria and the =
independence of the Facility Fund. =20
Consequently, we have modified Sections 8 and 9 of the document =
presenting the Facility Fund posted on our web site (www.geneva2003.org =
funding section).
