Dear Angela, Al, Gaurab and all,

Thanks for Angela's reminder.

Sacha has kindly suggested to circulate to the mailinglist what we produced
as response to the draft declaration and action plan in the Manila meeting
held in late March for further consensus-forming and endorsement. Then
perhaps we could submit it as a regional response to the WSIS secretariat
before May 30.

I think Sacha has asked Gaurab and Al whether consensus reached in this
Manila meeting were recorded. We as the Tokyo content group would like to
help but neither do we remember all the decisions that regional participants
jointly made in this meeting.

Opinions?

Thanks.

Warmest regards,
Serena
