CS Bureau actions in =

Summit EventsA complete list of Summit events proposed will =
be=20
submitted to the CS Bureau on 25 May. At the same time, the CS =
Bureau will=20
be provided with all information on Summit facilities available on the =
Summit=20
premises (Palexpo).
As a first step, the CS Bureau will =
have to=20
develop criteria for selecting the feasible projects, depending on the =
relevance=20
of the requests received. Secondly, the Bureau will examine the=20
compatibility between the proposed events and the available Summit space =
and=20
facilities. In order to speed up the process, it would be =
advisable to=20
already think about what sets of criteria could be used for selecting =
the most=20
appropriate projects.
Depending on available resources, a =
number=20
of Summit events will be eligible for funding under the Civil Society =
Facility=20
Fund. Other events should be entirely financed by their own =
organizing=20
entities.
The CS Bureau recommendations on Summit events =
relevance and=20
compatibility with the Summit premises will be transmitted to the Summit =
Events=20
Steering Committee (Executive Secretariat, Swiss Secretariat and Canton =
of=20
