First, all of us need to read and = re-read the VM=20 statement that Len circulated yesterday and the notes from the = November=20 18-19, 2002 visioning workshop (I will requesr Lea to send this to = you).=20 Second, we need to prepare our notes to enable us to respond to the = questions in the workbook more accurately during the actul = workshop. When I=20 say prepare, you don't have to go through various documents except = perhaps the=20 annual reports which may all be found in the Temp folder. Copies of the=20 consolidated annual plans may also be useful. I have a copy in my=20 BOT folder which you may photocopy.

From my opinion, the parts "Assessing = the Internal=20 Environment", " Assessing the Structure" and "Assessing thee = People" must=20 be answered in as honest, open, and objective a manner as possible. I = have no=20 clue as to how the workshop will actually be conducted (actual = methodology)=20 but everyone must feel safe and comfortable enough to be able to = generate=20 the desired inputs. Do you have any suggestions with regard to the=20 methodology?

There are also a few terms that are not = very clear=20 such as "regulatory groups" in the part "Assessing the External=20 Environment."
